Goodness, I am way behind on my updating! I have lots of pictures to download from his birthday and from Christmas. Speaking of Christmas...Hunter had a blast! Santa brought him some musical toys and a red corvette!! I have pictures, I will hopefully have them posted by the end of the week!
Major news in the Linder household.....Hunter is getting potty trained! He has been peeing in the potty for several weeks now but not consistently. Today we really started and he actually did #2 on the potty without telling me!! I was in the office and when I went to look for him, I heard him in the bathroom. He was sitting on the potty and he had done #2! I was so proud of him!!!
He had been telling me all day when he has to go to the bathroom. So maybe this potty training thing will not be so hard. I hope!!

We had Hunter's 2nd birthday party on Saturday, the 20th. He had a blast! All of his friends and family came. He got so many nice gifts - thank you everyone! Be sure to check out the pictures of his party. We had it at Semmes Park. The weather was perfect - well a little windy!

Just wanted to update everyone - we are all doing fine, just staying busy! We are planning Hunter's 2 yr birthday party on the 20th. I cannot believe he will be two!!
He is getting somewhat excited about Christmas - well I think I am!!! We put the tree up last week and he has really been good about not touching it. I even have presents under it too!Comments:Aunt April: Glad to hear he's is not trying to destroy the tree! Ava has been really good with ours too. She will just barely touch it once in awhile, but she doesn't try to take anything off of it. I haven't been brave enough to put gifts under it yet though. I KNOW she would try to get those, as much as she loves wrapping paper and boxes. I'll have to wait until christmas eve to put those out! See ya'll saturday. Love you!Add a comment:

Well, I got the bright idea to take Hunter to the Bass Pro Shop tonight. I read where they were going to have trick or treating down all the aisles and all kind of games. Well, I was very disappointed. All they had where just two tables set up. One with just a man passing out candy. The other one was kinda fun. Hunter got to "fish" for apples. He did really good too. Oh well, at least we got to see MiMi and Pops and Uncle Robby, Aunt Jamie and Jayci. That is always fun!
Tomorrow is our BIG day. We are going to start out by having lunch with Aunt Katie. Then we are going to Jayci's school to have a Halloween party with her. After that, we are going to Toys R Us for a parade. Then we are heading up to church for our Fall Festival. We are going to go and pick MiMi up and grab a bite to eat and then head over to Patty and Gary's and Trick or Treat. We will finally end up at MiMi's house where we will spend the night. Hopefully my little man will be able to keep his eyes open for all of that! I will take lots of pictures!!Comments:Granny P: Hunter I hope you have a great Halloween Day. Hunter has had another great weekend! We left Friday and went to Granny P and Papa's house Friday night. We stayed until late Saturday night (we were going to stay until today, but I was not feeling well). While we were there, Hunter played with Granny P and Papa. He also saw his Nana, Uncle Todd, Aunt April and Cousin Ava. He had the best time!
Funny story....Hunter has a hard time saying Granny P together. He can say Granny and he can say P, he just cannot say them together. So, most of the weekend he would go around calling Granny P just "P"!! It was too cute. Mrs. Pam was not to happy with it, so we may just have to shorten it to just Granny. And he also heard me and Mrs. Pam calling Papa by his name (Mike) so Hunter started calling him that too instead of Papa. Oh well!! :o)
Later this afternoon, Hunter got a visit from MiMi, Pops, Uncle Robby, Aunt Jamie and Cousin Jayci. Hunter and Jayci found a new game to play together. Hunter put his beanbag chair right under the couch and would stand on the couch and jump onto the beanbag. Jayci saw him doing this and wanted to play too. I got a video of this - it is too cute!!
He was so tired tonight. He did not have any problems going to sleep!
I have also forgotten to keep everyone updated about what all he can do now. He can eat his food with a fork or spoon. He does not want any help with this either!! By the time he is done, he is a mess including the whole area around him! But, hey, he is learning! He can also drink out of a cup. We figured this out at Granny P's this weekend. She gave him some water out of a regular cup and he drank it just like a big boy! Uncle Robby gave him some this afternoon, and sure enough, he knew exactly what to do!!
Brad and I were just talking about his birthday. We just cannot believe that he is fixing to be 2. :o(
Oh, Hunter also has his very first black eye. He goes to Moms Day Out on Thursdays. They called me and told me that a little boy thew a toy at his eye. I went to pick him up and his little eye was swollen and red. It started turing black that same day and got worse thru out the weekend. It is starting to look a little bit better today. He also has a big bruise on his forehead. He was running and fell and hit his forehead on our kitchen floor. Then at Granny P's, he was not looking where he was going and he ran into the wall and hit the same spot on his forehead. So he has a huge bruise there now. I took some pictures of that too. What can I say, he is ALL boy!! Brad just laughed when I told him about his eye. He said that it was the first of many!

Hunter had the best weekend. It all started Friday night when Jayci came over and spent the night with us. Her and Hunter played very well together. He was sad to see her leave. Then Saturday night, Uncle Josh and Ms. Hannah came over and babysat while mommy and daddy went out. He talked about that all day Sunday!! Sunday, we went to Sunday School and then that afternoon Hunter was invited to a birthday party. It was for Rock, Hunter and Rock are buds!! It was over at the Eastern Shore Center at the Fountains. Hunter had the best time!! It started at 2 and was over at 3:30. By 3:35, Hunter was sound asleep in the car!! He was so good there. He got his own cupcake and ate it with his fork. By the way, he has mastered eating with a fork and spoon. Then on Monday, Hunter and I met one of mommies former co-workers for lunch, Auntie Trina. Hunter loves his Auntie Trina! He had not seen her in a while, but was so happy to spend some time with her! We love you Auntie Trina!
So, we had a very busy weekend and are very tired!
This coming up weekend will be busy too. Mommy and Daddy told me that if I am a good boy, then Friday night we can have movie night. I may even get to eat some popcorn! Then Saturday, my friends Dillan and Dawson are coming over to play with me! I cannot wait!Comments:Granny P: Hunter you looked like you were having so much fun at the fountains. Hunter and I just got back from a three day trip to the beach. We went with my cousin Tracy (Aunt Tracy to Hunter) and her son Sam. Sam is two months younger than Hunter. We had so much fun. My Aunt Mary has a house there and let us stay there. We did not get to do much because it rained the whole time. Well, we did take the boys to the park Tuesday. We went at the worst time. It was 1:00, in the heat of the day. We stayed for about 30 minutes. Our boys were so hot. Then MiMi, who came down for the day, took us all for icecream!
On our way home today we stopped at the Eastern Shore Center and played! Sam was not feeling well, so Tracy took him to the doctor. He has an ear infection and was running a 101.5 fever!!!! Poor thing!
All in all, we had a blast. Hunter and Sam are the best of buds! Hunter calls Sam "Yam" it is too cute! I have pictures that I will post soon! I am tired right now :o)Comments:Add a comment:
